Come Home to Yourself
A Blue Mountains Day Retreat
Saturday 19 September 2026 | 9:30am-3:00pm
A one-day mountain reset through nature,
connection and deep rest.
Youβre invited
To leave the everyday behind and journey into the slower rhythm of the beautiful Blue Mountains.
Come Home to Yourself is a thoughtfully curated, small-group day retreat created to clear the mind, restore the body and bring you back to a greater sense of balance within.
Weβll begin gently over coffee in the charming mountain village of Leura, with time to connect and explore its beautiful boutiques, local stores and village finds.
From there, weβll make our way into the Blue Mountains National Park for an unhurried bushwalk along part of the spectacular Prince Henry Cliff Walk.
Surrounded by forest, sandstone escarpments, fresh mountain air and expansive views, youβll be invited to walk with awareness - allowing your attention to return to your breath, your body and the landscape around you.
As the afternoon draws us inward, weβll retreat to a peaceful private space for handmade nourishment and warm cacao, followed by restorative Yin Yoga and an immersive crystal bowl sound journey.
This gentle transition from movement into stillness creates space for deep rest, reflection and renewed clarity.
Each element has been thoughtfully woven into the next, creating a seamless journey through beauty, movement, ritual, connection and stillness.
Join us for a unique one-day mountain experience designed to support a nervous-system reset and guide you home to yourself.
If life has felt full lately, consider this your invitation to step away for a while - to breathe more deeply, move more slowly and reconnect with what feels steady within.
Youβve been feeling mentally full, overstimulated or caught in the pace of everyday life
Youβre craving time in nature and space to breathe
You want gentle movement and deep rest without pressure or expectations
Youβre drawn to beautiful places, thoughtful details and experiences that feel considered from beginning to end
Youβd welcome a deeper sense of connection - with yourself, with nature and with others
Youβre warmly welcome to come on your own. No previous experience of yoga, cacao or sound is required.
