Shift your State

Breath. Body. Sound.

Thursday 19 November 2026 | 6:30pm-8:30pm

A luxe, two-hour experience blending Embodied Breathwork, Yin Yoga and immersive crystal bowl Sound.

Step out of the noise.

We spend plenty of time switched on - thinking, working, training, responding, pushing, trying, dreaming and doing. This is an invitation to change the pace and discover what happens when your attention moves out of your head and into your body.

Join Briohny for a small group evening hosted in an exclusive private home in Dolans Bay, thoughtfully prepared for an experience that engages the senses.

From the momentum of conscious breathwork to the slow depth of Yin and the resonance of crystal singing bowls, the evening moves through different textures of energy and stillness - with space to feel, explore and rest deeply.

Beautiful surroundings. Immersive sound. An experience that stays with you.

  • You’re good at keeping going, but switching off takes more effort.

  • You train your body and would like to give rest and recovery some attention too.

  • You’re interested in meditation or breathwork and want to experience them beyond an app or a regular class.

  • You’re curious about sound, sensation and exploring something different.

  • You appreciate a small-group setting where the atmosphere and details are part of the experience.

You don’t need to be flexible, know how to meditate or have tried anything like this before. Curiosity is enough.

This experience is for You if…

The Experience

A change of pace you can feel

Connect through breath
Guided breathwork, movement and music bring your attention to the physical experience of breathing—the rhythm, the effort, the sensations that emerge. Explore at your own level, with clear guidance and choices throughout.

Go deeper with Yin
The pace slows. Supported, floor-based postures give you time to notice where you’re holding tension and explore how you respond to sensation. This is mindful attention to your body, with room to adjust rather than push further—an awareness you can carry beyond the mat and into everyday life.

Immerse yourself in sound
Then, settle back. Supported on a cushioned mat, you’ll experience the layered, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, with nothing to follow or do. An extended sound bath gives way to quiet rest, with time to absorb the experience before returning to your evening.

Body awareness and meditation connect each part of the practice, carrying you from active exploration into deeper rest.

A little luxury. Every detail considered.

A beautifully appointed private home in Dolans Bay, transformed into an atmospheric studio space especially for this event.

Low lighting. Carefully selected music. Plush, cushioned mats, supportive bolsters and beautifully soft blankets. Eye pillows for those who want to close out the world for a while.

Every detail contributes to the experience - from how comfortably you’re supported to the way the sound fills the room.

Step out of your routine. Make room for a different experience.
