Come Home to Yourself
A Royal National Park Day Retreat
Sunday 18 October 2026 | 11:00am-6:00pm
A one-day escape through nature, connection and deep rest.
You’re invited
To leave the everyday behind and spend a day immersed in the natural beauty of the Royal National Park.
Come Home to Yourself is a thoughtfully curated, small-group day retreat created to clear the mind, restore the body and bring you back to a greater sense of balance within.
We’ll begin among the bushland and waterways of the Royal National Park, setting out together on a beautiful guided walk to Winifred Falls. Surrounded by native forest, sandstone and flowing water, you’ll be invited to slow your pace, breathe deeply and reconnect with the landscape around you.
From there, we’ll return to Audley for a relaxed lunch by the river, with time to connect, wander and simply enjoy the surroundings before continuing through the National Park to Bundeena.
As the afternoon draws us inward, we’ll retreat to a peaceful private space for an extended restorative Yin Yoga practice followed by an immersive crystal bowl sound journey.
This gentle transition from movement and nature into stillness creates space for deep rest, reflection and renewed clarity.
Each element has been thoughtfully woven into the next, creating a seamless journey through nature, movement, nourishment, connection and stillness.
Join us for a unique one-day experience designed to support a nervous-system reset and guide you home to yourself.
If life has felt full lately, consider this your invitation to step away for a while - to breathe more deeply, move more slowly and reconnect with what feels steady within.
